dc.description.abstract	The study was basically based among the contracts workers in the IIM Bangalore community and a random sample of 50 people were chosen for interview about their knowledge of RTE and whether they are availing or can avail the rights that are highlighted under the act of RTE for their children. Secondary data is mainly sought from online journals and websites to get an overall view of the implementation of the act.
