dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study is to find out the business model and operations of the regional players in comparison with the large multinational companies. It involves deciphering the strategy followed by the regional players and analyzing how this strategy gives them an edge over the strategy followed by multinational companies. The study focuses on how they are able to not just sustain, but even give a run to the large players, without any big capital investment.
