dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project is to evaluate the performance of TANISHQ retail stores in Bangalore through store auditing. Various consumer surveys were also taken among customers to gauge their satisfaction levels with TANISHQ and its services. The scope of the project is to develop a common framework that can be used to evaluate the performance of TANISHQ stores with a little bit of variable unique to the store.
