InLocus pvt ltd is an Indian biotechnology company, with primary interests in setting up of a research and development (R&D) facility in India. The company is promoted by two doctors of Indian origins who are currently pursuing their research activities based out of India. The company has already been registered in India and the promoters are looking for investments and partners in India that would help them set up facilities for R&D and start manufacturing and marketing activities in India. They already hold 3 Indian patents and 7 US patents and are attracted towards setting up of the facility in India owing to recent developments in Indian legal system that introduced Product patenting. With the introduction of in product patenting in India, there is a huge opportunity and market being created for R&D activities in India.
