The streamlined Education advisor system is more critical in India, and it will play a vital role in addressing many public issues such as unemployment, adverse economic situations, etc. As per United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) human developmentrankings, which was released in 2020, India remains in the place of 130 out of a total of 189 countries. The education system in India has always been exposed to a lot of debate, and till today, the quandaries and disputes over educational topics persist in the country. But still, our education method is one of the most spoken about methods in the world, and it has a significant quantity of integrity and righteousness contained into it. There are also numerous other reasons such as a world-class education system, holistic learning system, front line institutes, widely varied study choices, and cost of schooling. We have lots of young minds to pursue the boundless education opportunities in our country. The main challenge is to define and guide the young minds to pursue suitable education options. Nowadays, many students opting their higher education to maintain their prestigious status. This is evident from the more students coming out of engineering colleges and opting for other non-engineering jobs. The parents are ready to pay for engineering seats even when their children are not qualified for them. So the immediate goal to enter an engineering college is achieved by many of the students, but they end up in an unpropitious situation in the long run. This context not only impacts the person's growth but also acts as a significant impediment for the country's growth and development. The outcome of the above scenario would lead to several results such as unsatisfied jobs, less income, and ceiled growth opportunities at an individual level. At the same time, its influences organizational growth in ways such as incapable workers, low production, and profits. As I lived in Germany, which leads the ranking of human development rankings in the position of 4, I would like to understand the education system there, which helps our country ascend in human development rankings in the future. In Germany, classes 9 to 13 have a scenario where a coordinator monitors the students' capability and helps them choose their higher education. By taking this reference and some additional points, we can address the above issues; we should have a Centralized Youth Welfare committee that closely works with the education system and the state's Human Development. This committee should have monitored over few areas such as the current education syllabus, ensure all education institution has a coordinator who only concentrates on students in school education and guides the students and their parents about their students higher education options based on the student's capabilities, higher education requirement based on the current industry requirements and ensure the availability of higher education institutions. The coordinator who monitors the student's school education record will play amore salient role in this system. As they are the one know the students' capabilities, interest, and their education levels. These coordinators should give their guidance to the students about what should be the option for their higher education; by following this process, we can avoid many things like college dropouts, unqualified employees, unemployment, etc.In a nutshell reason for unemployment, there is an imbalance between opportunities and the number of job seekers, which leads to the high failure ratio. By following the above centralized Youth Welfare committee, the students' capability would be tweaked, and the unemployment rate would plunge in the future. At the same time, India's development and economic conditions would proliferate.
