dc.description.abstractReady to Eat foods (RTE) are made to be consumed in their original form with minimal of cooking or warming. No separate cooking is usually required. It comes in the frozen state and kept in refrigerators or otherwise is stored at room temperature. These are also called as ready to cook food items, and are different form instant noodles (like Maggie) and snacks.
