Selection of candiates based on a given criteria; Bharat Earth Movers Limited

Abstract

The Personal Department required a system that would shortlist candidates based on a certain criteria. I developed a software that is capable of shortlisting candidates based on any one of the following criteria. a) Category, b) Qualification c) Region. The software lists the shortlisted candidates as those Eligible and as those Provisionally eligible ( i.e. those who are awaiting their final year exam results).It also provides an option to list the candidates those who have sent the postal order.
