dc.description.abstract	This project covers the procedures in Order Invoicing in the Business Group's (BG's) Consumer Products and Rubber 01 Bayer (India) Execution and Agrochemicals, Limited (BIL). The primary aim of the project was to identify bottlenecks in procedures and suggest improvements. The documentation of procedures in order execution and invoicing was done for purposes of ISO 9000 requirements. An attempt was also made to find the information needs of the users which are not being met presently.
