Abstract

This report covers the studies undertaken by me, as part of my Summer Project, in the Auto - finance division of Citibank, New Delhi • The first part of the report gives an overview of the operations of 'citimobile finance' • It introduces various individuals and agencies involved in sales, verification, credit - monitoring, etc • It explains the functions of these agencies in the entire process from sourcing customers till the disbursement of-the loan • It gives an appraisal of the strengths and weaknesses of 'citimobile finance' and analysis the challenges facing Citibank in the future via -a -vis competition and the changing market scenario •.
