dc.description.abstractThe project revolved around reviewing and analysing the data carried in the Management Information System and coming up with strategic insights on the future of the company. The client data was analaysed to look for patterns in client characteristics and their trading history. The analyses on client data identified the various types of client segments, pitching strategies for prospective clients and cross selling strategies for existing ones. This analysis brought about findings on what should be pitched to prospective clients. Analyses on branches helped in identifying underperforming branches and patterns amon them. The identified patterns and the strategies putforth will help the company replan its sales pitches and target clients who are likely to bring in higher revenues. The analyses will also help the company to concentrate on poorly performing branches and re-evaluate the quality of branches being added.
