dc.description.abstractThe project was in the field of sales and distribution in Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. This was a part of their strategy to enhance their market share by increasing their reach to rural markets (villages) which have population greater than 3000. If this project was successfully implemented then the same would be replicated in other parts of the state. Its main objectives were • Identifying new markets/villages for rural expansion in Nellore Zone. • Mapping of the new villages • Designing new beats to increase distribution. • Kick starting the process of coverage to new markets.
