Contractibility enhancement; Citibank

Abstract

The internship was a great learning experience for me, wherein I learnt about a lot of things about the company and the business I was working in. from the day 1, I was asked to meet the various stakeholders (field job) to the business. During the internship, I had to collect information from both inside and outside the bank. I had to time to time apply the management concepts related to operational management and marketing. The best part was to interact with the senior management and knowing their views on various issues. I had to do some consumer research also to get some insights at various points in time. Also, I came to learn a lot about handling certain issues in an effective manner from my guide. Overall, the internship helped me understanding the banking sector in a better way and helped me improving my personality.
