Destiny can actually be successfully overcome through knowledge and devotion. Either of these vehicles are powerful enablers to overcome destiny. "Wisdom," says Narayani Amma who heads the Shakti Peedam in Vellore, "can win over destiny. Wisdom is knowledge and devotion.
