dc.description.abstracthe B-school has set up a special cell to ensure that all special needs of the physically-challenged are met. The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) is fast turning its classrooms "inclusive", by providing best educational facilities to students with disabilities. As the nation is all set to observe World Disabled Day on Friday, IIMB has set an example for other higher education institutions by its pioneering work in providing inclusive academic facilities to its disabled students, In fact, IIMB is the first higher education institution in the country to start a special cell, office of disability services (ODS), to cater exclusively to the special needs of disabled students.
