dc.description.abstractAn interview with Manoj Upadhyay, founder, chairman and managing director of ACME Telepower Ltd. is presented. When asked about the factors that influenced the promotion of ACME, he relates on the creation of his company first product, a control technology which takes care of the steep power variation and poor power factor correction. He notes that the product has an Indian patent. He mentions that they had a lot of help from outsourcing partner in manufacturing the product.-
