The primary motto of the project was to understand food, health and nutrition in the bottom of pyramid. Our choice of this project is justified by the fact that food as an industry is seeing a lot of changes in the recent past (in turn posing lot of challenges and a critical need to adapt to the changing customer needs and perceptions about health and nutrition as a whole). The customer analysis included in-person interviews with 40 respondents (belonging to diverse age groups, professions and background) from whom we collected information on customer awareness and secondary research (Cinema, television and advertisements). With these inputs we also got insights on customer decision making unit.
