Abstract

Cognizant Business Consulting has a strong foray into Retail Industry. And with the growing importance of the industry, supported by the fact that the expected growth rate of the industry is 12% YoY in Indian markets over the next 5 years, business clients would be interested in implementing software packages which are available in the market to improve the store operations. Hence my project was based on evaluating the available software packages for retail stores in terms of comprehensive requirements. Thereby getting a broader picture as to which package can be implemented for a specific improvement
