Ethics education has come sharply into focus with many business schools in India having introduced courses on business ethics as part of the MBA curriculum in the recent past. But teachers of these courses are confronted with several issues regarding the philosophy and methodology of teaching business ethics. In this context, IIM Bangalore organised a national workshop on Teaching Business Ethics. Two well-known exponents of ethics and human values who participated in the workshop, Prof S K Chakraborty of IIM Calcutta and Prof R C Sekhar, of the T A Pai of the T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal took time off to discuss their perspectives on the philosophy and the methodology of teaching ethics, and on human values with Prof C M Reddy and Prof Mira Bakhru of IIMB.-
