Authors: Mahadevan, B
Keywords: Customer satisfaction;Economics;Manufacturing
Issue Date: 1997
Abstract: The time is ripe to understand what the Indian industry has done to assimilate the Just-in-Time (JIT) philosophy. Practitioners belonging to different sectors of industry would like to know what areas to concentrate on for successful JIT implementation. The study addresses these issues and seeks to bridge the gap between the 'doers' and 'thinkers' of JIT implementation.
