dc.description.abstractThe main objective of the intern project assigned was to develop a business model for multilevel marketing for urban consumers. A week s training included sessions on brand knowledge, product portfolio training and market visits to understand how the sales and distribution system of the company functioned. This helped in understanding how the company/brand was very well penetrated in the region. The Phase-I of the project involved studying in detail the business models of already well-established players in the MLM business like Tupperware and Amway.
