dc.description.abstract | In rapidly developing India, IT sector is still mainly focused towards services. However, some companies who envision long-term benefits rather than only keeping cash-flow intact, had set up (or planning to set up) IT product companies that can help them in reaping more profits if their product becomes a success story in market.Snaplug.com is also one such venture started by Anagh Consulting Private Limited in the domain of photography. As they are extremely good techies, they are pretty sure about writing history of online photography market by their own fingertips! However, they would like to have strategy in place to make their dreams real In this project, we did primary and secondary market research, study of competitive landscape, pricing strategy, go to market strategy, roadmap of product and competitive positioning of the product in order to help company in finalizing their strategy to move ahead. We hope to help company in critical way so that company can make decisions with all the options in hand. | |
