dc.description.abstractAgile project management has taken the IT community by storm in the last decade. Practices like daily stand up, iterations, sprint and scrum are becoming part of everyday team conversations. Agile projects have reduced delivery times from months to weeks, compared to iterative and waterfall way of software development methodologies. This project aims at building a CRM model by understanding the difference in CRM and Account Management practices followed by IT consulting firms that enable Agile.
