Abstract: The company is focussed on the consumer internet space. The website will provide end user generated content with specific focus areas. The idea is to provide a platform for members of the Indian community to share content such as audio clips, video clips, blogs and news articles. The unique proposition offered by the site will be the ability to cater to the Indian user community - providing specialized offerings that are relevant for the Indian user. The users will sign up to be able to share their experiences with their community and also gain from the experiences and feedback of others. This will be a niche player in a rapidly emerging and fast growing segment of the consumer internet space. The unique products and services offered will ensure significant traction among the user community. The revenue model will be based on a combination of revenues obtained from direct advertising on the site itself and also through fees obtained from partners such as FM radio stations that will broadcast the content from the site and pay a fee for this content.
