For purposes of study, the life cycle is split into stages such as the Early, Transition and the Turbulence Phases. It is a case about how a focus change, if done in an environment of lack of trust, can cripple an organization. It has been developed on the basis of interviews with key people regarding their views at various points in time. The Analysis and Recommendations are also part of this report, which can be used by future and existing startups to know about some of the impacts certain decisions have. It focuses on the decisions made, how the decisions were perceived by the parties affected by the decisions, the various pressures under which the decisions were made and the options considered. It also considers the pitfalls of various decisions/options.
