While Outsourcing subsidiaries go through the discontinuities like all other organizations, but the impact is magnified because of fast growth. By proactively setting up "listening posts" and actively monitoring the "leading indicators", the management can detect the tripping point and plan the organizational structure changes. Grounded Theory approach is used to develop the model.
